The song was previously recorded by The Coors, Billy has always said James David's version is his favorite....

The Cleveland Plain Dealer Newspaper, the largest news agency in Ohio, today featured an article about Tyrone Noling and his MySpace site. It mentions James David and Diane Will, a dear friend James met on MySpace. The reporter also gives mention to James' song,"While I Bleed" which is dedicated to Tyrone. Major label INgrooves recently signed James David.

INgrooves is the largest internet major record label and distributes to over 100+ e-music stores, most notably iTunes, Napster and Rhapsody.

The San Francisco based record label is operated by former BMG and Columbia records people, notably Al Teller, former Chairman and CEO of MCA Entertainment and President of CBS and Columbia Records.

James was signed by Treavor Walton, A&R rep of INgrooves. Treavor is one of the most well respected event coordinators on the west coast.

You're Divorced" was picked as one of the Top 3 songs in the Songwriter Universe "Song Of The Month" Contest. It was honored as one of the best songs heard by the judges for the month of October 2006!

"You're Divorced" deals with an emotionally charged topic and sometimes this song is misinterpreted by the listener. It is not a song against women, the lyrics can apply to both genders, it is more about what has happened to our nation. The raised hand in the artwork that goes with this song does not indicate rejection, or that a divorced person can't find happiness and remarry.
